Utkarsh is a direct disciple of Swami Vidyanand, having immersed himself for years in the sacred yogic traditions of India through the Guru Shishya Parampara—the revered lineage of master-disciple transmission. His teachings are enriched by wisdom from masters and monks of various lineages, offering a profound yet accessible approach to yoga. Committed to a life of service, Utkarsh is a director at the World Yoga Federation, and has guided individuals and groups across the globe. His unique ability to convey the essence of yoga in a modern, relatable way empowers students to experience not just physical well-being and fitness, but also mental clarity and expanded consciousness. Since 2008, after delving into the Bihar School of Yoga (Satyananda Tradition), Utkarsh left the corporate world to dedicate himself fully to yoga as both a subject of mastery and a spiritual way of life.
